Remind me who has more medals than who again? I believe the USA is top at 37 medals, while Canada is at third with 26 medals...
Also, could you remind me which country is covered in snow almost all the time and who's isn't? I would think the country who has snow all year round would be doing the better overall compared to countries that don't have snow all year round, right?
I'd just like to get these matters clarified before any more unwarranted gloating occurs!

So I apologize, we Americans aren't collectively freezing our asses off enough to produce a Wayne Gretzky. No, I'm sorry. We only get enough sunshine to produce a Phelps, a Michael Jordan, a Tiger Woods. A Jim Thorpe, Lance Armstrong, Babe Ruth, Muhammad Ali, the Williams Sisters. I'm so sorry we've only won two gold medals in hockey to Canada's eight.
I guess we'll just have to drown our sorrow in the a thousand Olympics gold medals we have.

lolz happy b-day Rumbel. I quite enjoyed the pairs + mens figure skating this winter Olympics, a couple of those made me "wow" in amazement; especially the Chinese team that picked up the gold ^^
also the men's halfpipe was quite a show with Shaun White's new tomahawk trick

Usa has 300m people
so an average 10times more medals should USA have, even from golds, which CLEARLY not happened, means USA = NO TALENT people with sheer numbers..

I think what p3rverted_n1nja was trying to say was that by using this logic, a country like China which has over a billion people would have at least 33 times more medals than Canada.

us in Norway is in the lead for Winter medals, with 303. We've only got 4,5m people and we're in the lead, woo!
second is USA with 253.
third is Austria with 201.
fourth is the Soviet Union with 194. (strange huh...)
fifth is Germany with 190.
sixth is Finland with 156.
Seventh is Canada with 145. (which is sad really. i like Canada)
USA has got over 2500 summer medals tho.....

Yes, indeed, the French had a strong showing in the biathlon. Thanks to everyone who worked under Rumbel for Gintama. While Gintama is awesome on its own, knowing the little details made it better. Although I am using horriblesubs to catch up, I am planning to rewatch your subs after I collect an entire season's worth of episodes.
