Bobobo, definitely. So awesome, I even imported the subbed dvd's from france (only french sub, no english) and I don't know nearly enough french to understand the subs.

Bobobo, the god of randomness!

Kemeko Deluxe! almost takes the title from FLCL but Kawaii Jenny! takes the cake displacing FLCL as the height of bizzarre.  The best that I've seen anyone watch Kawaii Jenny is 15 minutes tops before screaming to make the bad man go away.  If there is some more bizarre than this (Other than Meet the Feeebles) I dread the thought.

Kemeko Deluxe is awesome!
It's full of psycho randomness with many anime parodies included, lol.
Even the OP/ED of it is psychotic, lol

The last scene is creepy tho... with the scene of Kemeko walking up towards the center of the screen, it does a handstand, then spreads her legs with a bright light shining from it's groin area... while the shaking, lol.  It's like a fat chibi handstand crotch-beam!

but still with the Ecchi-ness in it also, it's a very 1337 random anime ^.^

I never mentioned that, becasue it doesn't have that feel to me.  Personally animes that have a very Baby-ish feel to them tend to make me not interested in watching them at all, lol

I would say paniponi dash.
I know it's popular [ish] but it just freaked me out. Was kinda weird for my tastes.

And so was Popotan, only wanted to watch it because of the carameldansen gif xD But it was so strange. Like the characters were all too different and strange.

Caramelldansen, yeye! xD

Can't say I have watched overly bizarre anime... I'd say the top three would be gintama, SD gundam and detroit metal city. I wouldn't really consider any of them being really bizarre but the corrupt tower of babylon, retard kamille and KRAUSER respectively sure are odd.
